Description/Aesthetic: Immortal Plaza is in the gufeng/ancient Chinese fantasy style, though the Augur has given it some more modern amenities including bright electric lights at night. It spreads out a couple blocks to either side of a river that flows into the wetlands, though the plaza itself ends rather abruptly at its outermost edges. One can take a stroll along the water illuminated by lights, or enjoy the elaborate architecture, variety of trees, and colorful fish ponds that the plaza also has to offer.

There are a variety of businesses to be found throughout.

〉GRAND PHOENIX INN

A central building in the plaza, the Grand Phoenix Inn stands taller than all other buildings in the area, illuminated by bright lights and visible even from a ways away in the city. It's built lavishly with many stories and decorations, structured with rooms around the outer edge with a giant central area stretching all the way to the top. It's situated beside the river, offering lovely views in many of its rooms, and couples can request romantic suites on the upper levels. Robots can deliver food and wine to any room, allowing guests to laze around day and night.

On the floor level is Bright Moon Eatery, run by Ming Yi.

〉CYAN BAMBOO TEAHOUSE

At the very downstream part of the plaza is a teahouse. Filled with a calm aura, Cyan Bamboo Teahouse situated in a quiet area with a view of the edge of the wetlands in the distance. The tea leaves here are processed and brewed from the mountains, and whether the taste is smoky or floral there's (most likely) no aphrodisiac to be found. Guests are invited to tell stories, perform with their instruments, and play traditional games as they enjoy their reprieve.

〉MAPLE LEAF INN

For those who wish to spend less credits but still want a brief time to get away, the Maple Leaf Inn offers a cozy alternative option for those on a budget. It is located further towards the outside of the plaza and lacking views that are quite as scenic as the Grand Phoenix Inn's, while the insides are less spacious and comfortable as well. Any provided services and amenities are almost certainly full of aphrodisiac, though that may be considered a boon depending on one's perspective.

〉LINGERING FRAGRANCE

Hidden away towards the outer edge and emanating the scent of perfume, Lingering Fragrance may very well be smelled before it is spotted. Though a brothel in design it is mostly for show. However, those who approach looking to investigate might find themselves mistaken for a worker by the robots running it, (in)appropriately pulled inside to be dressed and have makeup applied in a fashion befitting a "proper" employee.

〉SHOPS

Stalls and shops line the stone streets, with robots purveying goods of various types.

street food
Some quick street food is served along the streets - from quick and tasty jianbing to sweet, crunchy tanghulu - along with the same effects as the rest of the island depending on the flavor.

smaller goods
Ink stones, paper, umbrellas, incense, and the equipment associated with them. While most are ordinary, there's some varieties with different interactions, with aphrodisiac incense or ink that affects someone depending on what is written on them.

instruments
this store has a selection of traditional instruments. Even walking by one can often hear the robots demonstrating the various music that can be played, though their mastery of each instrument is questionable. Robots will even sometimes take the instruments on the go, playing here and there throughout the plaza or in the Cyan Bamboo Teahouse.

fashion
A small clothing shop sports robes from the simple and plain to the flashy and colorful, more often than not tailored to be much more tight and revealing than most would expect. Traditional makeup, accessories, and hair styling can all be found here.

cultivation technique manuals
Then there's the dual cultivation techniques... as the name implies these require two people, and involve a rather intimate exchange of energy. Though one can find the descriptions of a variety of techniques here, any of sufficient power or complexity should still be requested as an Augur Reward before a character can actually use it.


The businesses are open at all hours (except maybe if Ming Yi is in attendance, maybe MY gives robots directions to follow while away?)
